Bradley is a member of the Corporate Practice Group and represents clients with matters involving taxation, tax controversies, mergers and acquisitions, franchise and product distribution, intellectual property, and general corporate counseling.

Bradley holds an advanced degree in tax law from Northwestern University School of Law and earned his law degree from the University of Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University. He is recognized by Business North Carolina Magazine as one of North Carolina's Legal Elite (2014) in the Young Guns category (one of North Carolina's best lawyers under the age of 40).
