William S. Cherry, III has been named a shareholder at the law firm of Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A. Cherry represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters in state and federal court throughout North Carolina. He represents insurance carriers and insurance agents and brokers in errors and omissions claims and represents large business, small businesses and individuals with litigation matters involving real property, employment, construction, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, property tax issues and securities arbitration. Cherry is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association. Cherry is a graduate of North Carolina State University and Campbell University School of Law. He lived and worked in Nicaragua, Central America as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer for two years and is fluent in Spanish.
