Showcase Realty is pleased to announce five new agent additions to its powerhouse team serving real estate clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Tina Pearson-Lemon, an experienced Broker/REALTOR® and Charlotte resident, joins the sales team to offer her buying and selling clients superior client service, marketing, and systems. Her goal is to make the dream of home ownership tangible for everyone. Tina graduated from the Mingle School of Real Estate. Her previous experience includes Realtor/Broker at EXP Realty, LLC, Realtor at Keller Williams, and Research Remediation Analyst II at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. A fan of the arts, museums, and jazz, Tina loves how family-oriented and diverse the city of Charlotte is. “There is something for all age groups,” she said.

Fellow newcomer, Roslyn Hill, joins Showcase Realty as a Broker/Realtor/Investor. Originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut, Roslyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, NC. She also took up a Masters in Business at Queens College, Charlotte, NC.

Prior to real estate, Roslyn worked as a Commercial Casualty Underwriter, a Marketing Consultant, and was a Business Data Analyst in financial services information for 20 yrs. Roslyn was also the CEO/COO for a 24-hour mental health residential treatment facility. In addition, she has over 12 years of experience in direct sales, 6 years in real estate investing, and 1.5 years as a Broker. Hill loves to read and tutor middle and high school English and Reading. Her favorite thing about Charlotte is its diversity.

Another great addition to the agent team is Mary Beth Chambliss. Born in Charleston, WVA, Chambliss’ work experience includes 28 years as an Allstate agent. She owns her own agency and office, where she manages her support staff. Mary loves how beautiful and diverse Charlotte is. “Charlotte is a beautiful city and I love that so many of the residents come from all over,” she said. “I also love the opportunities that Charlotte has to offer,” she added.

Haytham Hamdan, born in Jordan and now a Charlottonean who loves his city by calling it an “amazing place to live”, enjoys serving his NC real estate clients. Hamdan holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Public Relations, and has worked at Porsche and at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). An experienced consultant, he loves motorsports, soccer, and working out.

Completing Showcase Realty’s new batch of agents is Jennifer Boyd. She is a Charlotte, NC resident and a seasoned agent who rises to any challenge she meets. She is on the Investor team, acquiring assets for Showcase Realty’s corporate Hedge Fund clients.
