Mad Monster Party Charlotte to Feature Two-Day CBCC Blood Drive – March 28-29
The Community Blood Center of the Carolinas (CBCC) is teaming up with the Mad Monster Party – the Carolinas’ Horror Convention – to host a two-day blood drive on Saturday, March 28 (1:00-6:00PM) and Sunday, March 29 (Noon-4:00PM). The blood drive will take place at the Sheraton Hotel located at 555 South McDowell Street in Charlotte (28204).
“We’re looking forward to being part of the Mad Monster Party and giving blood donors an opportunity to save lives in our 27 area hospitals. This event is all about thrills and there is no greater thrill than knowing you have the power to heal, it’s in your blood,” said John McCain, COO of the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas.
Making an appointment for the “Mad Monster” blood drive is recommended by visiting www.cbcc.us or calling 704-972-4700. Individuals who are not able to attend, can give blood at one of CBCC’s other mobile drives or five donation centers.
