Fran Biderman Gross is the Founder & CEO of Advantages and is known as, “The Strategista.” She has more than 20 years of marketing experience and is considered an expert in the "Why" theory of marketing-- uncovering the core reason, purpose or belief that drives a company. After helping to uncover a company’s Why, Fran and her team guide the company to develop and implement actionable steps to help them quickly get noticed.
