Hickman is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 21 years of experience serving the financial institutions industry and will serve as industry leader for CB&H's Financial Institutions Group. He has served clients ranging in size from de novo startups to bank holding companies exceeding $2 billion in assets.

Hickman has assisted and advised his clients in all phases of the accounting and financial reporting requirements to which they are subject. He has served as engagement partner for more than 40 community banks, including a significant number of the largest community banks in North Carolina. Hickman has also served numerous mortgage banking companies, broker dealers, and registered investment advisors and other financial services clientele.
