Bradley Attorney Matthew DeAntonio Appointed to Mecklenburg Bar Foundation Board
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 24, 2018) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew S. DeAntonio, a senior attorney in the firm’s Charlotte office, has been appointed to the Mecklenburg Bar Foundation (MBF) Board of Directors, effective July 17.

A member of Bradley’s Complex Business Litigation Practice Group, Mr. DeAntonio helps his clients navigate complex commercial disputes. A significant portion of his practice involves representing franchisors in litigation matters such as franchisee terminations and enforcement of post-termination covenants. Mr. DeAntonio also litigates trademark infringement cases for franchise and non-franchise clients. In addition, he represents clients in a variety of other commercial matters. These include business contract disputes, corporate governance disputes, deal disputes, conflicts arising out of business divorces, labor and employment matters, and cases involving trade secrets and non-competes.
Mr. DeAntonio received his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina.
