Richard Bargoil, Executive Director of Business Expansion Funding Corporation, also known as BEFCOR (http://befcor.com/), has been named to the Johnston YMCA Board of Managers.

Bargoil says, “Having the opportunity to use my leadership skills, and community and economic development experiences, to further the mission of the YMCA and, in particular, to serve the Johnston YMCA in the community where I live, is both an honor and a humbling experience.”
