Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, announced today that it has completed a successful merger with fellow property management company Birdseye Realty. The move increases AMS’ overall portfolio of managed properties by 25 percent and increases their percentage of commercial property business to 24 percent.

Association Management Solutions will also take control of the Birdseye Realty office at 1125 E. Morehead St., Suite 206, giving the company a prominent Charlotte location. The entire Birdseye staff and management team will remain in place and continue to serve their current clients and Boards of Directors.
