McLaughlin Young was founded by R. John Young, Ph.D. as Corporate Health International on April 1, 1987 to help create healthy organizations so that they might operate at their full potential. Today, the network includes almost 30,000 clinicians and consultants spanning 150 countries and is contracted by organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. • Serving as an independent employee assistance program provider for 20-plus years.

• Donating a stay in Ireland to the American Heart Association’s “Heart Ball” event every year for the past 17 years.
