FilterEasy Completes $4.5 Million Series A Round
RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 15, 2016 -- FilterEasy, a leading on-demand fulfillment innovator for HVAC air filters, today announced it has completed its Series A round following a $4.2 million equity investment from IDEA Fund Partners, Cofounders Capital, Azure Capital Partners, and Fidelis Capital. Completion of its Series A round brings FilterEasy’s total funding since its 2014 launch to $4.5 million. FilterEasy will use proceeds from the Series A investment on technology and infrastructure.
Other investors in FilterEasy’s funding include RTP Capital and Triangle Area Partners based in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park.
