The Secret Chocolatier will be featuring elements of spring and summer in its next “An Evening of Chocolate: Spring Twilight” dessert dinner series on the following three Saturdays: May 17, June 7 and June 21.

Guests will be treated to three chocolate-inspired dessert courses incorporated with fresh, locally grown strawberries. Chef Bill Dietz – the store’s chief chocolatier and a 30-plus-year pastry chef – will prepare and plate each course onsite at The Secret Chocolatier’s new Ballantyne location – 11318 N. Community House Road. Seating is limited for the event, which starts at 8:00PM. Tickets are $50 for a table of two and are by reservation only by calling 704-323-8178, ext. 0.

“We are excited about continuing our dessert event with a new menu that combines fresh, local ingredients from growers with whom we have worked with for many years and whose products we use in our chocolates,” said Robin Ciordia, co-owner of The Secret Chocolatier. “This event enables us to showcase our creativity beyond just chocolate and to bring people together for a fun evening and decadent culinary experience.”
