Secret Chocolatier’s Spring Classes to Share Tasty Secrets Behind Chocolates, Cakes and More

The Secret Chocolatier is kicking off spring with a series of chocolate, confectionary and baking events and classes for the public.

The classes will take place at one of The Secret Chocolatier’s two locations either in Cotswold at 2935 Providence Road or in Ballantyne at 11318 N. Community House Road. The following is a list of spring classes and events:

Thursday, April 2

6:00-7:00PM

Bark Making - Learn about chocolate, tempering, and choose from a variety of ingredients for making your own chocolate bark.

Level: Beginners

Cost: $20

The Secret Chocolatier on Providence – 2935 Providence Road, Suite 104

Wednesday, April 15

7:00-8:30PM

Wine Pairing – Learn how to taste chocolate and enjoy examples of how to pair with wine. Exclusive wines provided by Grapes Wine Bar in Matthews.

Level: Beginners

Saturday, April 18

2:00-4:00PM

Cake Making & Decorating – Learn how to properly fill and layer cakes, frost outside, and an introductory level of borders and decorations.

Level: Beginners-Intermediates

Cost: $125

Sunday, May 3
