(Raleigh, NC – March 2, 2016)— M/I Homes is excited to announce Chad Sary has joined the Raleigh Division as a new Land Development Manager.

Sary’s new role with M/I Homes will be overseeing several of our new communities in Cary, The Creeks at Weston and Harrison Bluffs, as well as Traditions at Wake Forest and Wendell Falls. Chad comes to M/I Homes with nearly 20 years of experience in land planning, development services and zoning administration in North Carolina. Sary worked as an Assistant Planning Director for the Town of Wake Forest managing all new planning, zoning, and development related activities for the Town. Still living in Wake Forest with his wife, Chad enjoys watching his two sons play sports, coaching football, and volunteering at his children’s school and their church.

Sary is a member of The American Institute of Certified Planners, American Planning Association - NC Chapter, NC Association of Zoning Officials, and the NC Association of Floodplain Managers. He is also certified in AICP, American Institute of Certified Planners, NC-CZO, North Carolina Certified Zoning Official, NC-CFM, North Carolina Certified Floodplain Manager.
