Jeff Vojta, Co-Founder and President of Stockton Graham & Co. ®, a wholesale specialty coffee roaster and specialty beverage company headquartered in Raleigh has announced that effective December 29, 2010 the Company acquired the wholesale roasting and distribution assets of Dilworth Coffee from Just Coffee Inc. in Charlotte.

In December 2010, Don Keen, the founder of Just Coffee Inc. dba Dilworth Coffee, reacquired the assets of specified Dilworth Coffee operations. Keen and Just Coffee Inc. now handle Dilworth Coffeehouse retail store licensing operations, while Stockton Graham & Co. has taken over the wholesale roasting and supply operations.

Founded in 1989, Dilworth Coffeehouse is Charlotte's oldest gourmet coffee roaster and coffee house supplier. Dilworth serves coffeehouses, espresso bars, specialty retailers and cafes throughout the SouthEast. The company also has eleven licensed stores throughout the greater Charlotte area.
