Hill, Chesson & Woody, a local benefits and consulting firm, has announced the hiring of Joshua Johanni as Automation & Process Engineer. In this role, Johanni will be responsible for researching, analyzing & evaluating, making recommendations and implementing automation of processes and programs to increase efficiency for HCW. He will also manage the design and development of solutions that automate specific business processes.

Johanni comes to HCW with over 4 years of experience in analytics, technology and marketing at The Fedeli Group in Cleveland, Ohio. He served as head of the claims analytics and eventually progressed to overseeing digital marketing as well.

Johanni received his Bachelor of Arts in economics with honors from Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, Florida. He resides in Morrisville with his wife and son.
