Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Nicole S. Giffin has joined the firm’s Charlotte office as an associate.

Ms. Giffin practices on the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Distressed Investing and Banking and Financial Services teams. Her experience in bankruptcy began with her judicial clerkship in one of the busiest bankruptcy courts in the country, where she clerked for the Honorable James R. Sacca, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta.

Ms. Giffin earned her J.D. (summa cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she graduated first in her class and received the Robert J. Farley Award for Outstanding Graduate and the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. She also served as an executive articles editor for the Mississippi Law Journal and participated in the Elder Law Clinic. She earned her B.S. (summa cum laude) from Florida State University.
