Buyers may choose from three exteriors. All include HardiePlank siding, plus optional brick or stone. A two-car garage is always included.

The three villages of Hawk’s Creek each offer partially wooded home sites and pocket parks. The Oaks and The Willows villages includes plans from M/I’s Traditional Series. Buyers who prefer ranches can choose designs in The Maples village from M/I’s new Cottage Series. Overall, Hawk’s Creek offers 15 different home plans. The community will include a pool and cabana.
