RALEIGH – Linda Craft & Team, REALTORS® welcome the opportunity to join Preferred Partner Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Consultant Eric Smith in offering an innovative new program for prospective home buyers.

The program offers financial coaching for individuals who are interested in buying a home, but who are not financially ready just yet, due to any variety of factors including bad credit. The program helps consumers become better prepared for homeownership, and helps them achieve sustainable-homeownership. The financial counseling is conducted by an accredited, non-profit credit counseling agency. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage picks up the expenses of the first four counseling sessions.
