Home sales have begun at Brookvue, a new community of 250 homes from M/I Homes of Charlotte. Brookvue promises to be one of the area’s most beautiful neighborhood settings.

Located at Poplar Tent Road and Huntersville-Concord Road in the Concord area of Cabarrus County, Brookvue is set on a spectacular piece of land, about 175 acres in all. More than half of the site will be left natural, backing to Rocky River.

The community features home plans from M/I's Traditional, Cottage, and Courtyard Collections, ranging from about 2,000 to more than 3,600 square feet. Ranch and two-story homes are available, including three to five bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half baths. Exteriors with stone and brick accents, front porches and covered lanais will add to the inviting landscape.

Schools serving the new community include W.R. Odell Elementary, Harris Middle and Cox Mill High School, all in Cabarrus County. Brookvue is close to downtown Concord and University City. It’s convenient to I-485 and I-85, and just down the street from Skybrook Golf Club.

Buyers can choose from 20 different home plans. Many of the plans feature large kitchens with walk-in pantries, downstairs guest suites, generous family rooms, and expansive windows to maximize the beautiful views. M/I Homes ranch plans have optional walk-up spaces, high ceilings, and sky lights. All plans offer either a two-car or three-car garage.

Brookvue’s community pool and amenity center have trees adjacent to the river as their backdrop. Amenities will include a playground, large pool, and cabana.
