Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), an independent benefits consulting firm, will host a free educational seminar on Wednesday, June 8th, at 400 Saint Andrews, located at 400 St. Andrews Dr. in Greenville, NC. This program, a part of HCW’s Employee Benefits Ready series, will focus on how to build a successful benefit strategy that meets the specific needs of an organization.

One of HCW’s consultants and a Greenville native, Jordan Whichard, will review the four key perspectives of a plan: historical, employee, leadership and marketplace. He will also address creating a gap analysis, establishing steps to achieve the desired performance, and how to continue to refine a strategy as business needs change.

The session will end will an overview of new products circulating the market, and how they can impact a current strategy.

This free seminar is accredited by the HR Certification Institute for 1.00 general credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification.
